About increase in basic part of work pensions
For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of pensioners in the Azerbaijan Republic and according to article 10.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" I decide:
1. Establish since January 1, 2008 basic part of work retirement pension in the amount of 60 manats.
2. Charge to the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic in the appropriate cases established by the legislation according to Item 1 of this Order to increase the size of monthly pension and to provide recalculation by all types of work pensions, including amendments to basic part of work pensions of National Heroes of Azerbaijan and members of families of shekhid, disabled people and other persons.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
