According to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for registration by bodies of Public service for quarantine of plants of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Main state inspectorate for quarantine of plants of Ukraine of May 15, 1996 N36 "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Nalaganiye of Penalties on Citizens and Officials for Abuse of Regulations concerning Fight against Quarantine Wreckers and Diseases of Plants and Weeds, and also Export of Materials Which Did Not Undergo Quarantine Testing or the Corresponding Processing" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 25, 1996 for N249/1274.
3. Main state inspectorate for quarantine of plants of Ukraine (Dobryansky Ya. V.) provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Melnik S. I.
