About rent payments for oil, natural gas and gas condensate
This Law determines concepts, the sizes and payment procedure of rent payments for the extracted oils, natural gas and gas condensate of Ukraine, control of correctness of their calculation and payment and responsibility of payers of such payments.
Article 1. In this Law the stated below terms are used in the following value:
rent payments for oil, natural gas and gas the kondensatobshchegosudarstvenny obligatory payments paid from the cost of amounts of oil, natural gas and gas condensate extracted within the territory of Ukraine;
average output of boreholes on the field - the amount of oil extraction, average on the field, natural gas or gas condensate from each of the boreholes of operational fund operating on the field in accounting tax period determined as share from division of the actual amount of oil extraction, natural gas or gas condensate on the field in accounting tax period on total quantity fulfilled in this period skvazhinodny;
average depth of boreholes on the field - share from division of general metric area of depth of the operating boreholes of operational fund on the field in accounting tax period on quantity of these boreholes.
Article 2. Payers of rent payments for oil, natural gas and gas condensate, objects and rates of rent payments for oil, natural gas and gas condensate, procedure for their calculation and payment cannot be established or change other legal acts, except the laws on introduction of amendments to this Law.
Article 3. Payers of rent payments for oil, natural gas and gas condensate are the subjects of business activity performing oil extraction, natural gas or gas condensate within the territory of Ukraine and registered by taxpayers.
