1. Approve Conditions and procedure for issue of separate written permissions for work types or transactions at operational phases and closings of storages for burial of radioactive waste (are applied).

2. To management of safety of the treatment of radioactive waste and removal from operation (Kutuzova T. Ya.) provide:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

mailing of this order according to calculation after its replication.

3. In a month after state registration of this order to provide to the state company "The State Scientific and Technological Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety" (Vasilchenko V. M.) its replication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Makarovskaya O. A.
