1. Approve the List of positions of employees of special divisions on fight against organized crime of law-enforcement bodies which length of service is calculated from calculation of 1,5 of year for every year of service it (is applied).
2. The length of service is on favorable terms enlisted to persons from the date of appointment to positions of the workers specified in Item 1 of this order (except all positions of the secretariat, office, control room, analytical center, regime and confidential divisions, financial and economic part and position of the assistant administrator of executive bodies, organizations, the companies and the organizations for interaction in fight against organized crime) who were in the service after entry into force of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of December 16, 1993 of N3720-XII "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Completing, Material, Military, Financial and Social Allowance of Special Divisions on Fight against Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine".
