About registration threshold of the value added tax

1. Establish since January 1, 2008 registration threshold of the value added tax in the amount of 4 million som for all business entities. For the business entities who are engaged in production and realization of flour, bread and bakery products to establish registration threshold of the value added tax in the amount of 5 million som.

2. To the state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees to carry out registration of subjects taxpayers for value added taking into account the established registration threshold.
