About enhancement of procedure for purchase of medicines, medical products and the equipment for needs of law-enforcement and military bodies of Turkmenistan

1. Determine that tendering process for purchase of medicines, medical products and the equipment for needs of medical institutions of law-enforcement and military bodies of Turkmenistan is performed by the Ministry of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan according to requests of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and the State Border Service of Turkmenistan.
2. To the Ministry of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan to form the tender commission on purchase of medicines, medical products and the equipment for needs of medical institutions of law-enforcement and military bodies of Turkmenistan, having included representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and the State Border Service of Turkmenistan in its structure.
3. Determine that purchase of medicines, medical products and the equipment is performed by the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and the State Border Service of Turkmenistan at the expense of the funds allocated for needs of law-enforcement and military bodies of Turkmenistan based on decisions of the tender commission of the Ministry of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan Serdarov A., the Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan Mammetgeldyev A., the Minister of homeland security of Turkmenistan Ashirmukhammedov G., the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Annagurbanov of X. and Chief of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan Alovov B.
