1. Approve enclosed:
1) the List of professions and specialties which receipt in the correspondence, evening forms and in the form of the external studies is not allowed;
2) Rules of issue of permissions to training in the form of the external studies in the organizations of education giving the higher education.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan executing obligations of November 18, 2004 No. 945 "About approval of the List of professions and specialties which receipt in correspondence, evening and in the form of the external studies is not allowed" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3269);
2) the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan executing obligations of April 11, 2005 No. 229 "About approval of Rules of issue of permissions to training in the form of the external studies" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3620);
3) the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 14, 2006 No. 446 "About entering of amendments into the order of the deputy. The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 18, 2004 No. 945 "About approval of the List of professions and specialties which receipt in correspondence, evening and in the form of the external studies is not allowed" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4386).
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
