Understand arms, military equipment, documentation, works, services, results of intellectual activities, including exclusive rights as products of special purpose of the Party on them (intellectual property), and information in military and technical area, technical means of information security, and also any other products carried by national legal systems of the Parties to products which are subject to export control.
The cooperated supply of materials, semifinished products, components, educational and auxiliary property, services of technological and scientific and technical nature are performed according to legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Azerbaijan Republic based on contracts (contracts) between the Kazakhstan and Azerbaijani subjects of managing.
The parties hold consultations on rapprochement of the limits of profitability established on goods delivered in cooperation.
