Article 1

The parties develop and expand cooperation in the field of work, employment and social protection of the population.

Article 2

The cooperation between the Parties according to their national legal systems is performed in such spheres as:

a) normative legal regulation of problems of work, employment and social protection;

b) the social and labor relations, including their legislative regulation: work inspection, safety and labor protection, solutions of employment disputes;

c) implementation of measures for reducing poverty, development of system of social protection of the population, including mechanisms of the address public assistance;

d) development of system of professional training, retraining of the unemployed and looking for work;

e) policy in the field of social protection, employment and labor migration;

e) medico-social examination and rehabilitation of disabled people, their professional training and employment;

g) organization and administration of system of social protection;

h) work market development monitoring;
