The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan which are hereinafter referred to as the Party

aiming to keep the developed traditional trade and economic relations,

for the purpose of further deepening and development of mutually beneficial relations between the states,

proceeding from need of creating favorable conditions for development of the market relations in both republics,

based on the principles of international law, agreed as follows:

Article 1

The trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Tajikistan is based on the principles of equality, mutual advantage and is performed by the conclusion of contracts (contracts) between business entities of the Parties irrespective of their patterns of ownership, with observance operating in both states of legislations.

If necessary, the nomenclature and amounts of mutual deliveries of the major types of products are determined annually between contractual bodies separate protocols.

Responsibility for agreement performance, including timely conducting settlement are born by the subjects who imprisoned them.

Article 2

Calculations for deliveries of produktion between business entities will be perfromed on contract prices.

Payment and settlement and credit relations are governed by the free standing agreement.

Article 3

The parties agreed that the procedure for transportation and transit of loads of business entities is determined by regulations of both Parties and Agreements between relevant organs of the Parties signed earlier.

Article 4

The parties will render assistance in preserving economic bonds between the companies and the organizations of the states, including based on the developed specialization, cooperation and technologically connected productions.
