About the main activities of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of Eurasian economic community and perspectives of its development

The bureau of Inter-parliamentary Assembly decides:

1. Take into consideration the report of the Chairman of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of EurAsEC M. Ubaydulloyev on the main activities of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of Eurasian economic community and perspectives of its development (is attached).

2. To the permanent commissions of MPA to use report provisions by preparation of the corresponding drafts of legal acts of Eurasian economic community.

3. To the secretariat of MPA of EurAsEC to prepare offers on completion of the Program of legislative activities of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of Eurasian economic community on 2007 and the next years concerning forming of the legal base of custom union within EurAsEC according to the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (at the level of heads of states) of October 6, 2007 No. 346.

4. Recommend to Integration Committee of EurAsEC to provide participation of Inter-parliamentary Assembly in work on preparation of international treaties (agreements), and also preparation and implementation of interstate target programs.

5. Publish the text of the report of M. Ubaydulloyev in the International scientific and analytical magazine "Eurasian integration: economy, right, policy".
