About procedure for removal from customs control of the goods placed under customs procedure of temporary storage of goods or under customs regimes

Based on Items 2 and 5 of Article 278 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. In case of approach of the circumstances determined by the customs legislation and allowing removal from customs control without room under customs regimes of the goods which are earlier placed under customs procedure of temporary storage or under customs regime, except as specified, specified in Item 3 of this resolution, such goods are subject to removal from customs control by introduction by the official of customs respectively on the back of the available copies of permission to temporary storage or in the column D "Customs control" and (or) on the back the available copies of the certificate on goods placement under the declared customs regime of record: "It is removed from customs control" with indication of:

quantities of the goods removed from customs control;

details of the documents confirming approach of the circumstances allowing removal of goods from customs control;

details of the customs and (or) other papers confirming the termination of the tax liability on payment of customs duties, taxes if completion date of such tax liability came;

dates of introduction of this record.
