In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About forming of Fund for implementation of actions for mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for transfer of collection in Fund for implementation of actions for mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population and use of its means which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

General provisions
