About approval of the Regulations on Auditor chamber of the Azerbaijan Republic

According to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About auditing service" the National assembly of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve the Provision "About Auditor Chamber of the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied) and to enact it from the date of publication.

2. To auditors and the auditing organizations operating in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About auditing service" to be registered of November 1, 1995 by Auditor chamber. Auditors and the auditing organizations which were not registered to the specified term by Auditor chamber cannot render auditor services.

4. Note that the state and non-state bodies, organizations, the organizations cannot render auditor services, except as specified, directly provided in the law.

5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

* considering absence at Auditor chamber of material and technical resources, to allocate it appropriate means and to resolve other financial and economic issues;

* bring decisions of the Government into accord with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About auditing service" and this resolution.

6. Considering that the Auditor chamber is only created also for the purpose of development of auditing service in the republic, not to tax profit of Chamber within two years.

7. Charge to the chief executive of the city of Baku to allocate to Auditor chamber the room.
