surcharge payment to each person from among orphan children age is more senior than 18 years which is granted pension in case of loss of the supporter, N186 "About Increase in Level of Provision of Pensions of Persons from among Orphan Children" is performed according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2006 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 8, Art. 443; in 2007, N 8, the Art. 290);
the size of subsistence minimum established for the corresponding year for persons who lost working capacity is applied to calculation of the amount of noted surcharge.
