In October, 2005 the Briz private enterprise appealed to economic court of Odessa region with the claim to Southern Real Estate Development Company limited liability company for recognition of the property right to the two-storeyed non-residential premise of Savanna cafe on 20 places with the summer platform, with a total area of 191 sq.m.
Of August 16, 2006 the Odessa city council is involved in participation in case in quality of the defendant with determination of economic court of Odessa region.
Case was considered by courts repeatedly.
