2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Register of realtors of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.

1. The regulations on the Register of realtors of the Republic of Belarus (further the Provision) determine procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of realtors of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Register).
2. Forming and maintaining the Register, accounting of the changes made to it and additions are provided with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
3. The information about persons having the certificates on certification of the realtor granted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus is subject to inclusion in the Register.
4. The register is kept on paper and in electronic form, created based on information on paper included in the Register of issue of certificates on certification of the realtor, and also the information provided by the realtor organizations.
5. The register contains the following information about realtors:
5.1. surname, name, middle name;
5.2. birth date and birth place;
