About the state and mobilization material reserves

In this Law the following terms and their determinations are applied:
similar material values – material values which in comparison with the material values issued from the state and (or) mobilization material reserves have later term of production are completely identical to the issued material values or are comparable to them on functional purpose, application, quality and technical characteristics and conform to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance, in the field of technical regulation and standardization, technical regulations of the Customs union, the Eurasian Economic Union;
return of material values to the state and (or) mobilization material reserves – laying of material values in the state and (or) mobilization material reserves instead of the material values issued from the state and (or) mobilization material reserves;
release of material values from the state and (or) mobilization material reserves – transfer of material values of the state and (or) mobilization material reserves to certain receiver in case of observance of the conditions provided by this Law and other acts of the legislation;
the state and mobilization material reserves – special state inventories of material values, held for use for the purpose of, established by this Law;
borrowing of material values of the state and (or) mobilization material reserves – release of material values from the state and (or) mobilization material reserves in the form of commodity loans based on petitions of republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs, other organizations with the subsequent return of equal amount of similar material values to the state and (or) mobilization material reserves;
