1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision to citizens of soft credits on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 1998 No. 351 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision of soft credits on construction by citizens of premises as a part of housing cooperatives, groups of individual builders and according to the procedure of equity in housing construction" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 169).
