About approval of rates for natural gas for the population

For the purpose of covering of part of losses of JSC Kyrgyzgaz from advance in price on acquired natural gas, based on article 9 of the Law KR "About power", the Executive council of State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. JSC Kyrgyzgaz since January 1, 2008 to release natural gas for the population on rates according to appendix No. 1:

1.1. the North of the republic - 7296, 20 som for 1000 CBM;

1.2. the South of the republic - 6988, 72 som for 1000 cubic meters.

2. Oblige JSC Kyrgyzgaz to perform monthly recalculation of rates for natural gas for the population regarding the cost of purchase of natural gas and transportation of natural gas on the territory of Kazakhstan and on the territory of Tajikistan, taking into account actually developed exchange rate of national currency in relation to US dollar on the official rate of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for settlement date.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Executive council of the National agency KR on the antimonopoly policy and development of the competition No. 150-P of 27.12.06. "About approval of rates for natural gas".
