Based on Item 3 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 239-Z

1. Establish duration of the telephone conversations provided free of charge or with 50 percent discount according to Items 1 and 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens", 120 minutes a month, including 60 minutes paid as a part of subscription payment.

2. Payment of telephone conversations over duration determined by Item 1 of this resolution is performed on the rates established according to the legislation.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Communications and Informatization individual accounting and monthly informing citizens to which privileges on payment for use of room phone, about duration of the taken place telephone conversations, subscription payment and the amount of payment for local telephone conversations, taking into account the privileges specified in Item 1 of this resolution are provided.

4. This resolution becomes effective since December 17, 2007.
