According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 1991 "About taxes on the income and profit" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed features of structure of costs in separate industries of economy or the separate types of economic activity connected with implementation.

2. To republican state bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and on results to inform the Ministry of Finance.

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2006.
