for the purpose of development of bilateral cooperation in the field of labor activity and social protection of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are temporarily working at the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and the citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic who are temporarily working at the territory of the Republic of Belarus

This agreement regulates the questions connected with temporary labor activity of citizens of the Republic of Belarus in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
For the purposes of this agreement stated below terms mean the following:
"migrant worker" - person who is the citizen of the state of one Party who legally is and engaged in labor activity in the territory of the state of other Party in which he constantly does not live;
"family member" - person who is married to the migrant worker and also the children and other persons who are in its dependence who are recognized family members according to the legislation of the Party of employment;
"The party of employment" - the state of one of the Parties in which the migrant worker of other Party performs labor activity;
"employer" - the legal entity irrespective of pattern of ownership or legal form, and also the physical person employing the migrant worker according to the employment or civil contract.
