The committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Security Service of Ukraine which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties
expressing will of the people to live in the world and friendship,
respecting sovereignty and the state independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine,
expressing aspiration to equal cooperation in protection of the vital interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine,
assuming liability not to organize and not to carry out work against each other,
being guided by interests of reliable safety of the states and considering that as a result of uncoordinated actions damage can be caused to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine,
agreed as follows:
The parties cooperate and interact on questions and problems of safety of Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan. For this purpose determine spheres of mutual interests, the directions and lines of work for the solution of specific objectives.
The parties with common interests will organize and coordinate joint solutions of specific prospecting objectives or joint realization of intelligence programs for the purpose of safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
The parties shall communicate timely, got through investigation and counterintelligence, about the revealed prospecting and blasting aspirations of foreign intelligence agencies and foreign organizations to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
The parties interact and give each other help in search and detention of the persons who committed crimes or suspected of making of crimes which investigation is referred to competence of security service. If necessary perform investigation and search operations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine only by mutual consent of agreement parties.
