About creation of department of the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the Central Asian region

Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Create department of the Anti-terrorist center of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the Central Asian region in the city of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic within the established number of the Anti-terrorist center of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. To perform financial provision of department of the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the Central Asian region within expense budget on ensuring activities of the Anti-terrorist center of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.

It is made in the city of Chisinau on October 7, 2002 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
