The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the "Contracting parties" which further are referred to as,

wishing to deepen the benevolent relations between both states,

recognizing importance of establishment of partner bonds between bodies and organizations of justice of Contracting Parties;

agreed about the following:

Article 1

Contracting parties will cooperate in the following directions:

(1) lawmaking process enhancement;

(2) organization of symposiums, conferences and seminars for different problems of jurisprudence and practice;

(3) holding seminars and other actions for training and advanced training of lawyers;

(4) exchange of delegations of Contracting Parties for acquaintance with the organization and activities of bodies and organizations of justice of each other;

(5) exchange of documents, literature and other corresponding materials for the legislative purposes;

(6) experience exchange according to the conclusion and implementation of bilateral and multilateral agreements about legal assistance on civil, family and criminal cases.

(7) in other directions if they answer the purpose and interests of Contracting Parties.

Article 2

Contracting parties will create favorable conditions for strengthening of interaction between them, holding seminars and joint surveys, establishment among themselves of other forms of cooperation.

Article 3

Representatives of Contracting Parties will meet as required for discussion of questions of cooperation.

For the purpose of consolidation of efforts for permission of important issues within cooperation Contracting Parties can create expert and working groups.

Article 4

Contracting parties will incur all expenses following from this agreement on the basis of the mutual arrangement.
