1. Approve Regulations on liability of the military personnel for the damage caused to the state.
2. This Law becomes effective from the moment of signing.

This Provision regulates bases of responsibility of the military personnel and the persons liable for call-up called on collection for the material damage caused to the state, procedure for determination of the size and compensation of the caused damage.
1. The military personnel and persons liable for call-up called on charges bear financial responsibility according to this Provision if they are guilty of damnification to the state in case of execution of the obligations provided by charters, orders and other acts of Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic.
These persons bear liability in all-civil procedure for the damage caused not on duty.
2. Except as specified, stipulated in Article 7-1 this provision and other legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, the damage caused to the state is subject to compensation.
Military personnel and persons liable for call-up called on charges do not bear liability for the damage caused to the state when the damage is caused owing to fair execution of the order of the commander (chief) or the office risk justified in these specific conditions or is caused by lawful actions.
3. Compensation of damage by the military personnel and the persons liable for call-up called on charges is made irrespective of attraction them to disciplinary, administrative or criminal liability for action (failure to act) to which the damage to the state is caused.
