proceeding from mutual aspiration to further development of cooperation in the field of geodesy, cartography, land management and land cadastre,

being guided by rules of international law and the legislation of the states of the Parties, within the powers,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The cooperation within this agreement will be performed in the following forms:

- development and realization of joint projects on production of land, cartographic and land and cadastral works;

- exchange of scientific and technical information and information го to legal issues in the field of geodesy, cartography, land management and land cadastre;

- exchange of information of geographical researches in the territories of the states of the Parties connected with changes in administrative-territorial division, place names and development of road net;

- exchange of cartographic products (the drawing copies of cards and atlases made by the public cartographic services of the Parties for open publication, topographic maps and plans of land use);

- experience exchange between the land, cartographic organizations, and also the organizations for land management, the state land cadastre.

The forms of cooperation provided by this Article of the Agreement will be performed according to the legislation of the state of each of the Parties of this agreement.

Article 2

The results achieved by the Parties during realization of joint projects and programs in the field of geodesy, cartography, land management and land cadastre cannot be published or transferred to the third party without in advance drawn up written consent of official agents of the parties.
