About approval of the Regulations on the Appeal commission of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, 44 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 73, 74 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and Articles 13, 16 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 of N15-93 "About System of Currency Control and Currency Exchange Control", considering organizational changes which took place in structure of the National Bank of Ukraine, for the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation by the National Bank of Ukraine of the functions assigned to it in the field of banking supervision and currency exchange control, ensuring objectivity during consideration of appeals of banks, other financial institutions and the national operator of mail service concerning application to them the National Bank of Ukraine of corrective actions for violation of the bank law and measures of responsibility (financial sanctions) for violation of the foreign exchange legislation, Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on the Appeal commission of the National Bank of Ukraine (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 21.01.2004 N17 "About Approval of the Regulations on the Appeal Commission of the National Bank of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.02.2004 for N146/8745;
