Article 1

The parties develop cooperation in the field of culture according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties on the basis of bilateral agreements develop cooperation in the field of culture by holding exhibitions, the organization of exchange tours and establishment of bonds between creative associations, the organizations and cultural institutions, both in state, and in private sectors.

The parties encourage mutual participation in the international events held in the territories of the states of the Parties in the field of culture and art - tenders, festivals, symposiums, conferences.

Article 3

The parties promote implementation of exchange of information, literature, methodological and statistical investigations, periodicals and magazines concerning culture and art.

Article 4

The parties strengthen cooperation in the field of regulation, protection, recoveries, storages and restorations of cultural and art heritage of each state and promote mutual access to cultural heritage of the states of the Parties according to National legal systems of the states of the Parties.

Article 5

The parties take the measures directed to non-admission of illegal import, export and illegal assignment of rights of property on cultural values of each Party according to rules of international law and national legal systems of the states of the Parties.
