For the purpose of activation of business activity, production incentive and sales of goods (works, services), attraction of foreign investments, development of the export potential of the Republic of Belarus and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the commercial organizations created since April 1, 2008 with the location and when implementing activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, except for settlements with population over 50 thousand people according to the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus (further - the commercial organizations) having the right not to estimate and not to pay:

within seven years from the date of their creation the income tax regarding sales of goods (works, services) of own production in the presence of their separate accounting. Sales of goods (works, services) of own production is understood as realization of goods by the commercial organization (works, services) of own production during action of the certificate of products of own production (the certificate of works and self-produced services) issued in accordance with the established procedure;
