According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2007 "About enhancement of system of accounting of citizens at the place of residence and the place of stay" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 413
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about the organization of work on registration of citizens for the residence and the place of stay and their removal from registration accounting.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2005 No. 149 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for entering into the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus for mark about the residence" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 109, 8/12846).
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Department on nationality and migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
