1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for documentary confirmation of application by residents of free economic zones of zero rate of the value added tax concerning the goods which are taken out from the territory of free customs zone to the Russian Federation represented to customs authorities.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2005 No. 262 "About some questions of activities of free economic zones in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 92, 1/6516).
