About approval of the Regulations on individual prospecting gold mining and the organization of acceptance of shlikhovy gold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on individual prospecting gold mining and the organization of acceptance of shlikhovy gold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To local public administrations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to take measures for suppression of illicit trafficking in precious metals and closing of channels of their smuggling to other countries.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 10, 2001 No. 224 "About approval of Provisional regulations for individual prospecting production in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic".
4. Publish this resolution in mass media.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of power and mineral resources of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
