The law RT "About Lease of B PT" adopted on December 6, 1990 consists of 2 Sections and 33 Articles. Lease represents the urgent paid ownership based on the agreement and use of the earth, other natural resources, the companies (associations) and other property complexes, and also the property necessary for the lessee for independent implementation of economic or other activity.
The rent relations in the Republic of Tajikistan are governed by this Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Lease is allowed in all industries of the national economy and can be applied to property of all forms and types of property. Can be leased:
a) earth and other natural resources;
b) companies (consolidation), organization, structural units of associations, productions, workshops, other divisions of the companies and organizations as single property complexes of business assets and other values;
c) certain buildings, constructions, equipment, vehicles, stock, tool, other material values.
Vida (group) of the companies (associations), the organizations, and property types which delivery in lease is not allowed are established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan.
