For the purpose of implementation in civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan of requirements of Standards and Recommended practice of international civil aviation (the amendment N167 to Appendix of 1 Chicago Convention) connected with change of the age restrictions to aircrew which reached 60 and 65-year age we decide:
1. Introduce the following restrictions of the admission to professional activity of faces of aircrew of civil and experimental aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan which reached 60 and 65-year age:
the faces of aircrew which reached 65-year age are not allowed to accomplishment of the functions when implementing flights in civil and experimental aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the commanders of aircrafts (pilots) who reached 60-year age, carrying out the international commercial air transportations on aircrafts where only one pilot is part of crew are not allowed to accomplishment of the functions when implementing flights in civil and experimental aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
