The government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
agreed as follows:
Each Party creates the inventory, delivered to the states, not being participants of this agreement (country daleetret) concerning whom on the date of entry into force of this agreement the legislation of the state of the Party provides application of export customs duties with indication of rates of these duties (further - the inventory) and within 30 calendar days from the effective date of this agreement sends it to the Commission of custom union founded according to the Agreement on the Commission of custom union of October 6, 2007 (further - the Commission).
The commission within 60 calendar days from the effective date of this agreement creates the consolidated list of products, delivered to the third countries concerning which the legislation of the states of the Parties provides application of export customs duties, with indication of rates of these duties (further - the consolidated list of products) and sends it to the Parties.
The parties aim at standardization of inventories and rates of export customs duties.
The parties do not expand unilaterally inventories, except as specified, which the Parties will determine the free standing agreement.
If the goods made in the territory of the state of one Party applying export customs duties to these goods are delivered to the third country from the territory of the state of other Party which is not applying export customs duties to these goods or applying smaller rates of export customs duties, this other Party shall provide collection of export customs duties at the rates operating in the state of the Party in the territory of which the goods are made, and specified in the consolidated list of products.
