agreed as follows:
This agreement governs the relations arising when maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade in goods (daleestatistik of foreign trade) and statistics of mutual trade in goods of custom union (further - statistics of mutual trade).
For the purposes of this agreement are understood as goods of custom union:
the goods having the status for the customs purposes being in free circulation on customs area of custom union, that is not exported from customs area of custom union;
the goods which are completely made in state members of custom union;
the goods issued for free circulation on customs area of custom union;
the goods made in state members of custom union of the goods which are completely made or issued for free circulation on customs area of custom union.
Concepts are used in this agreement in the value established by other international treaties signed within custom union.
Authorized bodies of the Parties independently perform maintaining foreign trade statistics and statistics of mutual trade according to the methodology developed by the Commission of custom union founded according to the Agreement on the Commission of custom union of October 6, 2007.
