1. This instruction is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About property", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About privatization and privatization of state-owned property" and other legal acts.
2. This Instruction regulates evaluation procedure of all types of state-owned property, privatizeable, according to the current legislation.
3. Assessment of the subject to privatization leased with the right of the subsequent redemption is made according to this Instruction for date of the redemption.
4. Original price of subject to privatization is determined according to this Instruction and affirms the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan or its territorial authority.
5. The land use right to the parcel of land or its certain part on which there is subject to privatization passes to the owner of object together with the property right to subject to privatization.
