1. Approve the Concept of the approved agrarian policy of the State Parties of the CIS it (is applied).
2. Ask the governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States to consider provisions of the specified Concept in case of development of the main directions of agrarian policy of the states of the Commonwealth.
3. Charge to the Chairman Ispolnitelnogo to the komitetaispolnitelny secretary of the CIS to inform Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth on this Decision.
It is made in the city of Moscow on May 30, 2002 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
