About some questions of auditor activities

2.1. in paragraph three of part one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for use of the money received by economic courts of the Republic of Belarus in case of forced execution on property penalties, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of April 29, 1998 No. 671 "About procedure for use of the money received by economic courts of the Republic of Belarus in case of forced execution on property penalties" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 2, 5/17003), to replace words of "audit inspections" with the word of "audit";
2.2. ceased to be valid
2.3. in paragraph eight of subitem 7.17 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9328), to replace words of "audit inspection" with the word of "audit".
