The expenses connected with payment of cash allowance to the military personnel and employees according to this resolution are made within the means of the federal budget provided on these purposes to the corresponding federal executive bodies, and the staff of divisions of militia of public safety and territorial subdivisions of the Public fire service containing at the expense of means of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and local budgets - at the expense of means of the relevant budgets and interbudget transfers provided on these purposes from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation.
