The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties, aiming at all-round development of cooperation between the Parties in the field of labor activity and social protection of the citizens working outside the states agreed as follows:

Article 1

Action of this agreement extends to citizens of the Republic of Belarus and citizens of the Republic of Armenia, and also citizens of other states and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Armenia which are temporarily performing labor activity in the territory of the state of other Party:

at the employer on the basis of the employment contract (contract), further referred to as with workers;

within the contracts signed between subjects of managing of both states which further are referred to as with workers of target hiring.

Article 2

The bodies of the Parties responsible for implementation of this agreement, further referred to as with Authorized Bodies, are:

from the Belarusian Side - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus;

from the Armenian Side - the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

Authorized bodies determine the organizations and organizations enabling the practical realization of this agreement.

For the solution of the questions connected with implementation of this agreement, Authorized Bodies create working group which meetings are held as required serially in the territory of the state of each of the Parties. The working group acts according to the Provision approved by Authorized Bodies of the Parties.
