1. Approve Regulations on procedure for sealing or sealing of the companies, their certain workshops (sites) and units of equipment in case of restriction or stop (temporarily) of activities of the companies and objects it (is applied).

2. To provide to the state ecological inspection (G. Puga) provision of the order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the state ecological inspection, Republican committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on protection of the surrounding environment, the State ecological inspections in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the State ecological inspectorate for environmental protection of the Northwest region of the Black Sea, the State Azovo-Chernomorsky ecological inspection, the State ecological inspection of the Sea of Azov observance of requirements of this Provision.

4. To impose control of execution of the order on the chief of the State ecological inspection G. Pugu.
