1. Approve the Instruction for registration by the state inspectors on protection of the rights to plant varieties of materials about administrative offenses which is attached.
2. The acting chief of the State inspectorate for protection of the rights to plant varieties Skibe M. S. to provide provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the first deputy chairman Soroka V. I.
