According to Chapter IX of the International convention on protection of human life at the sea of 1974, the International code on management of safe operation of courts and the prevention of pollution of 1993, the subitem 27 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee of the fishery of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.01.2007 of N 42, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.10.97 of N1122 "About Provision to the State Committee of Fishery of the Right to Issue of Documents of the International Sample" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Provision concerning establishment of compliance of safety management system of the companies and vessels of the fleet of fishery to requirements of the International code for management of safe operation of courts and the prevention of pollution of 1993 which is attached.

2. Gosrybflotinspektion (Litvinov E. I.) ensure functioning of the commissions on check of the companies and vessels of the fleet of fishery on compliance to requirements of the International code for management of safe operation of courts and the prevention of pollution of 1993 (далееМКУБ) and to perform work and the services connected with these checks.

3. To management of safety of navigation (Kozhukhov A. M.) exercise control of conducting checks on compliance to requirements of MKUB of safety management system of the companies and vessels of the fleet of fishery and accounting of the granted documents on compliance of the companies and certificates on safety management of courts.

4. To captains of sea fish ports to prohibit to draw up from 15.02.2008 withdrawal of vessels of the fleet of fishery in the international flight, and from 01.06.2008 - the vessels of the fleet of fishery which are subject to supervision of classification society and not performing the international flights without availability of the certificate on safety management (the interim certificate on safety management) and the copy of the document on compliance (the temporary document on compliance).

5. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of fishery of Ukraine of 26.03.98 N45 "About Approval of the Provision concerning Application of the International Code on Management of Safe Operation of Courts and the Prevention of Pollution (MKUB) at the Companies and Goskomrybkhoz's Vessels of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.05.98 for N320/2760.

6. To management to ensure safety of navigation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

7. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman Chernik V. G.

Provision concerning establishment of compliance of safety management system of the companies and vessels of the fleet of fishery to requirements of the International code for management of safe operation of courts and the prevention of pollution of 1993

I. General provisions

1.1. This Provision is developed in pursuance of requirements of the International code for management of safe operation of courts and the prevention of pollution of 1993 (further - MKUB) and determines procedures for conducting check of the companies and vessels of the fleet of fishery concerning establishment of compliance to requirements of MKUB taking into account specifics of activities of fish industry and issue of the relevant documents.

1.2. This Provision extends to the companies and vessels of the fleet of fishery irrespective of their patterns of ownership, captains of sea fish ports, inspections of the state port supervision of sea fish ports and Gosrybflotinspektion.

1.3. In this Provision terms are used in such value:
