1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements imposed to activities for liquidation (destruction, utilization, burial) and conversion of the released ammunition, arms, military equipment, special means.

2. Bring in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following changes:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 9, 2004 No. 150 "About some questions of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About licensing" (2004, No. 6, the Art. 89) the subitem 1) of Item 1 to exclude SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
