About approval of the Regulations on rules of carrying out tender and interview with candidates for acceptance for service in judicial authorities and modification of some presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring implementation of article 4.7 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About service in judicial authorities" I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on rules of carrying out tender and interview with candidates for acceptance for service in judicial authorities it (is applied).

2. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 25, 2006 No. 430 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About service in judicial authorities" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 7, Article 594) to make the following changes:

2.1. in Item 2.1 of the word of "Article 4.6" shall be replaced with words "Article 4.7", to exclude words "in Article 21. 26,";

2.2. in Item 2.2-ci of the word "in Article 4.4" shall be replaced with words "in Article 4.5";

2.3. in Item 2.3 after words of "this Law" to add the word "in Article 21. 26,";

2.4. in Item 2.5 of figure "4.3, 4.8" to replace with figures "4.4, 4.9".

3. In Item 7.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 17, 2006 No. 446 "About development of judicial authorities" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 8, Article 671) the words "in Article 4.6" shall be replaced with words "in Article 4.7".

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
