ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

of February 7, 2008 No. 53

"About import to customs area of the Russian Federation of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity"

For the purpose of implementation of the Federal Laws "About Technical Regulation", "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and the Customs code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of import to customs area of the Russian Federation of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity.

2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service control of commodity importation, subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity.

3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
